The reason why the video does not open on the web page may be the disabled function of viewing video files in the browser. This can be easily verified. Go to the "Tools" menu, if you have an Internet Explolrer browser, select "Internet Options". Next, go to the "Advanced" tab, make sure that the box next to the item "Play video on pages" is checked. In other browsers, the video is viewed automatically.
If the settings are correct, but the video is not displayed on the site, you need to do the following. Check if you have the latest version of the flash player installed in Add or Remove Programs. If it is not in the list, go to the official website of the player https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, click on the Download button. After installing the player, restart your browser.
Open the site, if the video on the page does not play, right-click on it. Select the Settings option, go to the third tab. Uncheck the box next to Never Ask Again, move the pointer on the diagram to the right to the end, then close the window, reload the page.
If you still can't watch the video, try installing a different browser and opening the video with it. Clear the cache and cookies, for this press the Shift + Ctrl + Delete key combination, select the necessary checkboxes and click "OK". Check if Java Script is enabled in your browser.
If your computer has a firewall, it might block the video from being shown. If you have Outpost installed, go to the Options menu, select Plugins setup, click Active content, then click the Properties button. The Block parameter must be set next to the Scripting ActiveX line, it is it that blocks the display of video on the pages. You do not need to shoot it, go to the Exclusions tab, find in the list or manually add the addresses of those sites from which you are watching the video. Double click on the site and select Properties, set the value for Scripting ActiveX –Permit. Close all windows by clicking "OK". Reload the site.
