You won't surprise anyone with installing different operating systems on one computer. As a rule, in most cases these were different versions from Microsoft. Today, the simultaneously installed Windows and Linux operating systems are becoming more and more popular.

Instructions
Step 1
We put the Linux distribution disc into the DVD-ROM drive and turn on the computer. Boot into the BIOS menu, go to the boot tab, and select the "device priority" function, in which we select the CD / DVD first to boot.
Step 2
We boot from disk. In the action selection menu that appears, mark "Run Runtu Gnome without installing on a computer" and press Enter. The system will download the files and a desktop with several icons will appear on the screen. After booting the system from disk, we see the following picture:

Select and activate the "Installation" icon on the desktop. A language selection window will appear in the first dialog box. Select "Russian" and click the "Next" button. In the next window, using an interactive map, we select our location and indicate the current time. The system will automatically assign us a time zone.
Step 4
Choosing a keyboard layout. Select "Russia-Winkeys" in the list and press the "Next" button.
Step 5
Choosing a place to install the OS. The installer will scan the available drives and display a list for selecting a system. We mark the created section and click "Next".
Step 6
We create a new account. It is important to use short names. We type them in Latin letters.
Step 7
Select folders on hard drives to import into Linux OS. If there is no such need - skip this section and click "Next".
Step 8
We check all the entered data in the dialog box and click the "Install" button. Within 15 to 20 minutes, the system will complete a complete Linux installation. Before restarting the computer, remove the disk from the drive and reboot. Using the arrows, select the desired OS to boot - Linux or Windows.
