With prolonged use of the computer, the operating system crashes, the gadget starts to work slowly, intermittently. You can fix errors, restore the laptop's performance by reinstalling the system. If the laptop is preinstalled with Windows 7, then reinstalling is not difficult.
Before starting the operation to restore the system, you should save all the necessary materials on a USB flash drive (disk): files, photos and other documents. To reinstall the OS, the Recoveri utility (licensed Windows installer) is used, it is called differently for different brands of laptops, for example, on Samsunge - Recoveri Solution, on Toshiba - Recoveri Wizard. Reinstalling the system using this utility does not require an installation disc, USB stick, or deep knowledge of software. The entire system recovery process will take no more than 20-30 minutes.
When you turn on the computer, press the hotkey, for Samsunga it is F4, Toshiba - F8 and the "enter" button. The number of the key responsible for the restoration can be obtained by calling the hotline of the manufacturer. The recoveri program will open, select the "recovery" button and click "next" - three windows will open:
- general recovery - quick recovery of basic files while preserving personal data;
- full recovery - overwriting the entire disk to fully restore the computer;
- data recovery - recovery of user data using a backup copy.
Select "full restore" - all programs from the laptop will be removed, only the standard factory settings will remain.
In fact, you have a "blank slate" in front of you - connect to the Internet, download and install the necessary programs. The computer with the new operating system is now ready for use. This reinstallation of Windows 7 is possible if a licensed Windows system is initially installed on the laptop.
