User accounts are necessary to prevent other users from changing settings on your computer. To create an account, you need to follow a series of very simple steps.

Consider the algorithm in the operating systems Windows XP and Windows 2007. First of all, you need to open the "Start" menu, the button of which is located in the lower left corner of the screen of your computer or laptop monitor.

In the menu that opens, select the "Control Panel" item and click on it with the left mouse button once.

A window will open in which you need to find the line "User accounts" and, hovering over it, double-click on it with the left mouse button.

In the window that opens, select the line called "Account Creation" and click on it, or on the arrow at the beginning of the line, once with the left mouse button.

Enter the name of the new account in the line in the rectangular frame, then click the "Next" button.

Select the required type of account from the offered ones - "Administrator" or "Limited recording" by clicking once with the left mouse button on the circle in front of it. Here you can also familiarize yourself with the possibilities and restrictions for each account.

Step 5

After that, click once with the left mouse button on the "Create an account" tab at the bottom of the window.
