The Microsoft Office PowerPoint tool has four types of animation - entry, selection, exit and custom motion path, all of which can be added to individual slides or their layouts. PowerPoint also allows users to add audio to presentations, and import and edit video.
Instructions
Step 1
Create an input animation. Select the Animation tab. On the presentation preview screen, click on the object you want to animate. Right-click the down arrow (located in the upper right corner of the tab). You can choose the input animation in the form of object disappearance, flight, reshaping, wheel, scaling, rotation, etc.
Step 2
Click an animation effect that will allow you to emphasize an object or its shape as it enters. For example, if you click on the desired image on the screen and select the fade animation, the picture will appear gradually, becoming darker and brighter than the surrounding background.
Step 3
Make an output animation. You can take advantage of options such as pulse, kaleidoscope, swing, discoloration, darkening, and lightening. Select an object on the slide, click Add Animation, and then click the Effect Options button. Hover over each option to determine which one works best, then select it. You have now created an animation that affects how the object leaves the slide.
Step 4
Try to animate an arbitrary path of the object. A defined motion path causes an image or text on the PowerPoint screen to move in a straight line, circle, or curved path. Draw a track or choose a ready-made one. Go to the "Insert" tab at the top of the screen, select the automatic path. Click on the distinctive line icon to draw your own path on the screen.
Step 5
Right-click on the object and select Animation Settings. Select the speed of movement, the intervals at which the animation will be performed, and the soundtrack, if necessary. Press the F5 key on your keyboard and test the created animation.
