She will clearly demonstrate the positive aspects of the work done, help to highlight accents and graphically display the effectiveness of actions. But to keep your PowerPoint presentation from looking too boring, you can diversify it with animation.

Step 1
Turn on the program. This can be done in one of two ways: either right-click on an empty space on the desktop, select "New" from the appeared plate, in it "Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation". Or click the "Start" button, go to the "All Programs" - Microsoft Office menu and from this submenu select PowerPoint. The PowerPoint program appears, in which the presentation will be created.
Step 2
Create multiple slides. You can use ready-made layouts to create, or do everything to your liking. Enter the desired text, add pictures and required information. The filling is ready, you need to revive it.
Step 3
Slide animation. To select how the presentation pages will change, right-click on an empty space on the page and select Slide Change. Check the "automatically after" checkbox if you want the slides to change after a certain time, and not on a mouse click. Indicate this time in the appropriate column, here you can also change the sound and speed of changing slides. A little higher, you can choose an effect for changing slides: blinds, checkers, flow, dissolution. If you put a checkmark “auto preview” in the lower right corner, then you can immediately see how the change of slides will look in the finished presentation
Step 4
Animation of text and pictures. Now you can animate the text itself so that it appears gradually, or unexpectedly flew out from the edge of the page. To do this, select the desired text, right-click on it and select "animation settings". In the upper right corner, click on the active button "add effect", in which you can describe in detail all the movement of the text - how it appears, disappears, how it moves across the screen. For this animation, you can also adjust the speed and how the change occurs - on click or after a specified time. In the standard settings, it is programmed in such a way that the change of effects one after another occurs at the click of the mouse, but you can set up an automatic change after a certain time
Step 5
Evaluate the result. When the animation in the presentation is arranged, you can see how it looks. Click "Slide Show" and see the final result.
