The undoubted advantages of software from "1C" is their constant improvement, available to users in regular updates. Disadvantages include the commercial basis for providing this software.

Instructions
Step 1
In order to update the basic version of 1C products, go to the User Support section of the company's official website. Here you need to make sure that you are registered in the 1C system or go through the registration procedure.
Step 2
In order to go through the registration procedure, find the menu item "Self-registration of users by PIN". Follow the specified link, then select the name of your product from the menu that opens, or the item "For users of other products: register".
Step 3
In the dialog box that opens, enter your personal user code and product PIN. A personal code is a set of numbers that is specified in the user's questionnaire, the product PIN is indicated in a sealed envelope included in the set of documents supplied when ordering any product.
Step 4
Be sure to copy the password issued after filling in all the forms - without it, the program will not be updated. For a comfortable update that does not distract from work, after receiving a password, 1C users have to wait 12 hours to update the client database of the system. After the specified time, you can start the update process through your existing 1C program.
Step 5
In the main menu of the program (button "Main menu") select the item "Service", then - "Update configuration". In order to pay a minimum of attention to this process in the future, do not forget to check the box next to the item "Check for configuration updates via the Internet every time the program is started". If there are available updates, the program will display a dialog box with a corresponding message. Click "Next" here.
Step 6
In the window that opens, enter the personal user code and the password saved as part of the previous steps, click "Next". In the final dialog box, do not forget to check the presence of the inscription "Create a temporary backup", if instead it says "Do not create …", follow the corresponding link and change the program settings.
