Necessary

  • computer,
  • scanner,
  • Printer.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare for the exam completely and thoroughly, collect all the material for the course of the discipline you are going to take. This includes all notes, labs, graphs and diagrams. Scan the information you need most. You shouldn't do it thoughtlessly and scan everything, preparing a cheat sheet is also serious work.

Step 2

After collecting information, format it. Formatting is done according to the following scheme: delete all unnecessary pictures, align the text along one edge, preferably to the left. Determine for yourself the size of the cheat sheet, but a width of 4-5 centimeters is considered the best option. The length of the cheat sheet is not limited, because later you will fold it into an accordion for maximum convenience.

Step 3

In a text editor, create a new document. In it, select a table with a column width of 4 or 5 centimeters. Enter a few texts with the fourth font size in the cells and print the resulting version on draft sheets. If the finished cheat sheet suits you, then print all the remaining material. If not, change the column widths and experiment until you get a good result.

Step 4

Now on the Internet you can download many programs that allow you to quickly and easily create cheat sheets. You just need to take a photo or scan all the necessary material, then save it in a hotel folder and add the files to the program. It will automatically remove the background and pictures, leaving only the text. Set the number of cheat sheets that will be placed on A4 sheet and feel free to print.

Step 5

After printing the cheat sheets, disband them. Use a colored marker to highlight the titles of tickets or subtitles. This way, you will save the time it takes to find the information you need during the exam.
