At first glance, the game Cube World seems quite banal and unassuming, but experienced players have a different opinion. Especially those who already have experience playing Minecraft, which became, as it were, the prototype of Cube World.
On July 2, 2013, fans of RPG games had the opportunity to take part in the alpha testing of the acclaimed game Cube World, the project of which has been developed since 2011 by the German programmer Wolfram von Funk, together with his wife, who later joined. During the week, 5 days before the release, the developer was fixing minor bugs and bugs in the game, as well as creating new heroes and animals.
The graphics in Cube World have received much more positive reviews than their predecessors. The game world is made up of cubes: cubic trees, mountains, grass, water bodies. The main distinguishing feature of the game is endless landscapes, which are automatically regenerated, and the player will not be able to achieve victory or boundaries. His tasks include studying the environment by completing quests.
During the game, you need to communicate with other characters, and for killing especially dangerous creatures, the player can receive various bonuses.
The game allows you to create weapons yourself, so even such a necessary action turns into an exciting experience.
At the moment, there are 4 character classes in the game:
- warrior;
- magician;
- thief;
- shooter.
Among these characters there are creatures of 8 races:
- people;
- orcs;
- goblins;
- gnomes;
- elves;
- lizards;
- undead (evil);
- frogs.
Life in this cube world will appeal to any player: here you can explore water bodies, jungles, forests and fields, rocks, engage in construction, ranging from small hovels to huge castles and villages. If you wish, you can start creating your own state, which, however, will take a lot of time and effort.
