Visit the official Joomla project site and download the latest system from https://www.joomla.org/download.html#j3. If your server supports unpacking downloaded archives, you can save time by migrating Joomla in a compressed form. If the server does not support this function, unpack the archive on your computer, and then transfer the files to the server via FTP.

To install the Joomla system, you must first create a database for it. If the server has a CPanel control panel, create a database using the MySql Database Wizard.
