Instructions

Step 1

If your operating system is Windows7, then click on the colored icon in the upper left corner of the document. In earlier versions, select the File menu on the taskbar. Then select the "Print" command by moving the mouse cursor to it. A window will pop up with the "Quick Print" and "Print" commands. Let's dwell on each in more detail.

Step 2

Fast Print This printing method is good if you need to print the entire document and in one copy, because by choosing this command you send the file directly to the printer. But this is not always convenient, because sometimes you only need to print part of the document or make several copies. In this case, the second method will help.

Step 3

Print Normal Select the Print command. You will see a window in which you will see commands such as "Print multiple copies", "Duplex printing", "Print pages from … to …", "Print selection" and others. If you need several copies of the document, then set the number of copies by clicking on the triangle next to the box or manually entering the desired number.

Step 4

Select the Numbers command to print the selected pages. In the line, indicate the numbers of those pages that you want to send to print. In order to print a selection, you must first select it in the text. Then, without removing the selection, open the "Print" command. Check the box next to the Selection command.

Step 5

If you want to print the document on both sides of the sheet, then select the "Duplex" command. The system then prompts you to reposition the sheet as soon as the page is printed. When you set up printing, click on Ok. The document will be sent to the printer and printed. Print time depends on the number of sheets and printer speed.
