Instructions
Step 1
Go to the statistics website. Select your territorial authority on the virtual map at the bottom of the resource page. Click on the "Statistical reporting" menu item. Download the program "Statistical Reporting Forms (company)" and the instructions for it to the computer using the links provided. Install the program "Statistical Reporting Forms (company)" according to the attached instructions. Read the installation instructions carefully and follow all points. Try to install such software on the system local disk of the personal system so that in case of unforeseen circumstances you can return all the data, along with the samples.
Step 2
Download xml forms to fill in statistics. To do this, go to the "Form Templates" section of the site and select the required form. If you need all forms of statistical reporting, at the top of the page there is a link to their entire archive. Place the downloaded templates in the C: Program FilesNIPIstatinformStatistical FormsStatistical FormsData. Run the program "Forms of statistical reporting (enterprise)" and enter the data in the forms.
Step 3
Send the received statistics files to the server. To do this, go to the "Sending the finished file" section in the "Secure Document Management System". If you use means of electronic digital signature (EDS), then the procedure is completed.
Step 4
If you do not use encryption and EDS, then you will need to contact your local statistics office and provide a paper version of the sent data with the seal of the organization. Contact a statistician representative for more information. In general, we can say that sending readings to statistics will not be difficult. However, it is worth noting that for a more reliable operation, you need to create copies of the data, as well as use antivirus software to protect all information.
