Despite the availability of modern electronic media, the Federal Tax Service still requires businesses to file reports on floppy disks. However, regardless of the medium with which you go to the tax office, you need to unload the necessary information from the program.

Necessary

  • - a computer with the 1c program;
  • - floppy disk;
  • - flop guide.

Instructions

Step 1

To transfer information to a floppy disk, you first need to have an appropriate device in the computer itself. Five-inch floppy drives, like floppy disks of this format, have long disappeared from use. Three-inch ones are gradually becoming a rarity, but they are required by the tax authorities. Insert the floppy disk into the floppy drive all the way until it clicks into place.

Step 2

Open the program 1c. In the top menu, find the "Reports" tab. Open it and find the line "Regulated" or "Regulated reports". Stand there with the mouse.

Step 3

A drop-down menu will appear in front of you. At the top of it you will find a window in which you need to set the reports for which period you would like to upload. Below is a list of functions. There you will see several lines offering you to download certain data. Reports are submitted to different institutions in different formats. The standards are taken into account in the program, and it is very convenient. In addition to its own 1c formats, documents can be saved in txt. However, they are usually required in the formats of the given program. Highlight the desired line.

Step 4

You will see another menu prompting you to enter the reporting recipient code. Below is a large it, which contains a list of documents. You can select all or make a selection by putting a tick in the box next to it. In the same menu, you will find an option that allows you to specify the period for which you want to provide reporting.

Step 5

At the very bottom there is a line with the inscription “Output of reporting data to a file”, and under it there are “To diskette” and “To directory” windows. Mark the one you want. Having decided to output the data to a floppy disk, set the name of the disk in the appropriate box. Typically, this is drive A. Press the "Output reporting data to file" button. It is recommended to do the same operation with one more floppy disk, as the media may fail at any time.

Step 6

You can display information in the directory. To do this, in the "Browse" window specify where exactly you want to save the report. After the information is in the desired folder, you can transfer it to a USB flash drive, burn it to a disk or send it by e-mail.
