If you are not the owner of the Everest program, then be sure to download it. The program is shareware, has a Russian-language interface and is very easy to use. With this program, you can easily learn almost everything about your computer.

First, launch Everest. Now select the menu item - "devices" in the appeared window of the program. Further sequentially: "Windows devices" - "Sound, video and game devices". In the drop-down list, you will see the name of the sound card. Most likely, it will be Realtek. By clicking on the name, at the bottom of the window you will see all the information you are interested in.

Another way. Go to the start menu. Find the "My Computer" icon there and right-click on it. In the window that appears, select "Device Manager". In Device Manager, open Sound, Video and Game Controllers. In the list that appears, you can read the name of the sound card. Double click on it with the left mouse button. A new window will open. Select the "Driver" tab. Now you will see all the information you need.
