Each person is individual, respectively, each has his own views on the comfort when using a computer. If for some reason you find it more convenient to use the mouse with your left hand, the buttons can be reconfigured to suit your needs. A couple of minutes of setup, and the right mouse button will invoke commands normally invoked by the left mouse button, and vice versa.
Instructions
Step 1
From the "Start" menu panel enter the "Control Panel" by clicking on the corresponding line (for now) with the left mouse button. In the window that opens, select the "Printers and other equipment" section. Select the mouse icon in the control panel by clicking on the icon with the left mouse button. If you are using the classic view of the "Control Panel", and not the view by categories, select the mouse icon immediately and click on it. The "Properties: Mouse" window will open.
Step 2
In the window that opens, go to the "Mouse Buttons" tab. In the upper right corner of the window there is a graphical diagram showing which of the mouse buttons is currently the main one. By default, the left mouse button is highlighted in gray. Place a marker in the "Change button assignments" field in the "Button configuration" section to change the button assignments (change from right to left and vice versa).
Step 3
After you put a marker in the corresponding field, the new settings will take effect immediately, so set the further execution of the main commands with the right mouse button. That is, press the "Apply" button with the right mouse button, close the window using the "OK" button or by clicking on the "X" icon in the upper right corner of the window.
Step 4
To return the settings intended for using the mouse with the right hand, call the "Properties: Mouse" window again, after going through all the indicated steps, uncheck the "Button configuration" field on the "Mouse buttons" tab, click on the "Apply" button and close the properties window mice in the usual way.
