Step 1
As mentioned above, flash drives are distinguished by the ease of transferring information, and it is this feature that led to the rapid spread of viruses specially created for removable Flash drives. And, if after connecting the flash drive to a PC or other device, folders and files do not open or in the context menu instead of the usual "Open", etc. incomprehensible hieroglyphs appear, then a virus has "settled" on your drive. In order to get rid of the pest, you must follow the instructions below.
Step 2
First, we recommend running the program line Start / Run / cmd.exe, then click OK, and then execute the following commands:
del / a: hrs *: / autorun.bin
del / a: hrs *: / autorun.reg
del / a: hrs *: / AUTORUN. FCB
del / a: hrs *: / autorun.srm
del / a: hrs *: / autorun.txt
del / a: hrs *: / autorun.wsh
del / a: hrs *: / Autorun. ~ ex
del / a: hrs *: / Autorun.exe

del / a: hrs *: / autorun.inf
while "*" is the name of the removable media. We also advise you to find and delete the above files from the System32 folder located in the Windows folder.

After carrying out these actions in order to ensure the normalization of work, you must run the following command: Start / Run / regedi and click OK.
Step 4
Then find the section [HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Explorer / MountPoints2 (Letter of the infected flash drive)] and delete the Shell subsection in it.
