Step 1

Expand the Edit menu on the top toolbar of the application window and select Office Clipboard.

Press the button with the arrow logo next to the "Clipboard" line to display its panel and call the menu for adjusting the clipboard parameters by clicking the "Options" button at the bottom of the panel.

Step 5

Check the box "Automatically display the Office clipboard" for permanent presence of the panel, or use the option "Open clipboard by double pressing Ctrl + C" to open the panel in manual mode.

Step 6

Select the Collect data without displaying the Office Clipboard check box to disable the display of the panel, or select Show Office Clipboard Icon on the Taskbar.

Step 7

Check the Show status near taskbar when copying box to display application prompts, and use the Delete All button to completely clear the contents of the clipboard.

Step 8

Select the "Paste all" option if you need to copy multiple data into a single document, or call the buffer context menu by right-clicking and select the "Stop data collection" command to terminate the selected tool.

Step 9

Remember that the operation of pasting the required data into the document means keeping the buffer task pane in an open state and is performed by clicking on the required fragment in the task pane.

Step 10

Uncheck the Automatically display the Office clipboard and Open the Office clipboard when Ctrl + C is pressed twice to disable the selected feature.
