Go to the ICQ instant messaging site.

On its main page you will see the "Download ICQ" button, use it and save the client distribution kit to your computer.

Run the downloaded file and follow the instructions of the installation wizard.
Step 4
After the installation is complete, launch the program using the flower shortcut.
Step 5
Enter your data if you have already registered in the ICQ network before or go through the registration procedure offered by the program if you first encountered this messaging system.
