Typing difficulties for a beginner

Anyone who comes across a computer finds it necessary and difficult to type text first. Since in order to obtain any information, you must at least enter a question (or search query), and then get the result on your screen. The letters on the keyboard are not in alphabetical order - it becomes clear upon closer inspection. For a beginner, their order may seem completely messy, or, more simply, meaningless.

But everything has its own explanation, and the creators of the first printing devices - typewriters (and later computer keyboards) arranged the letters of the alphabet, guided by well-defined patterns. The more often a letter is used in the text, the closer to the center it is located on the keyboard.

What is blind typing and how to learn it

The method of blind typing consists in consciously teaching your fingers to type a conceived text without peeping at the keyboard. All ten fingers of two hands are involved in typing (and not, as is customary for beginners: one / two index fingers).

You can learn the ten-finger method of blind typing with the help of training programs. These are specially designed applications that allow you to type interesting lyrics to music. Such training programs can be easily found in search engines and you can choose the one that will be interesting for you to work with. Moreover, all these programs, as a rule, provide a trial lesson. These applications are usually inexpensive. And the skills gained after training are really worth the money spent. Indeed, even after successfully completing the course, you can continue your studies, increasing the typing speed.

The first and main point that the training programs will teach is the correct position of the hands on / over the keyboard. The second point is the typing tactics, in which they will not constantly get tired of the tension of the hand. After that, the practice of "blind" typing begins. Naturally, everything starts with one letter, then two, then syllables, simple words, compound words and sentences are worked out. Classes are divided into lessons, after which points are awarded. If a passing grade is not scored, the task will have to be completed again and again to obtain the desired grade. Modern training programs try to diversify classes so that they do not become a routine repetition, do not bore you. And the point system, which requires the collection of certain points for the transition to the next task, awakens the spirit of competition in a person, pushing him to achieve the best result.
