Sometimes there are situations in which you need to highlight a specific part of a music file. This is usually done when dividing live recordings or to set a section as a phone call.

Instructions
Step 1
There are a huge number of programs with which you can cut out a part of a musical composition. To get started, use the standard program - Windows Movie Maker.
Step 2
Run this program. On the main toolbar, find the File menu and open it. Select "Add". Specify the path to the desired music file.
Step 3
A visualization of the music track will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Select unnecessary parts of the composition. Right-click on them and select "Delete".
Step 4
Open the File menu and select Save As. Specify the name of the future file and its format.

Unfortunately, not all Windows versions include the described program. In such cases, it is recommended to use more powerful applications. Install Sound Forge software.
Step 6
Run this app. Open the File menu and select Add. Specify the required file. Similar to the process described in the third step, clean the audio track from unnecessary fragments.
Step 7
Click the Save button. In this case, you can specify the file format and its name, but also the sound quality, bit rate and many other parameters.
Step 8
If you have no desire to install additional applications, then use one of the many Internet services.
Step 9
Go to the page https://www.mp3cut.ru/cut_mp3/ or https://mp3cut.foxcom.su/. Click the Download button. Enter the path to the required file
Step 10
Wait for the file to download. Similar to the third step, finish the audio track for the final state. Click the Trim and Download button. Specify the location where the new file will be saved.
