The creeping line is often inserted when broadcasting any video recordings on TV for advertisements or announcements, as well as when broadcasting news. There are programs that allow you to independently insert a creeping line into the video. How can this be done?

Instructions
Step 1
Insert a crawl line into the site. To do this, add the following line to the page code: Enter the text for your creeping line here. Step 2
Insert a scrolling line into the video. Download and install the Ulead VideoStudio program from the link https://www.izone.ru/multimedia/av-editors/ulead-videostudio.htm. This program will allow you to add a creeping line to the video
Step 3
Run the program, go to the "Title" tab. There is already a ready-made set of texts in the right window of the program; you can drag it onto the timeline. To create crawl text for a video, double-click the viewport. Type the text, you can apply various formatting to it using the built-in text editor.
Step 4
Click on the double arrow, enable the addition of additional functions to make a creeping line in the video. Add background, shadow to text, align text and adjust transparency. Next, to make a creeping line, switch to the "Animation" mode, check the "Apply animation" box.
Step 5
Select the Fly category, in the right column, click on the bottom effect, then click on the double "T", set the animation values to the last point before 00.00.04.00. Experiment with animation effects. Set the creeping line display time using the timeline. Save the file in video format.
Step 6
Connect the crawl file with the video recording. Save the video file and clear the timeline, or simply create a new project. Drag the created crawl video file so that it is on the top track of the timeline. Drag the main video file to the bottom line. Transform and resize videos as needed. Save the video file.
