As a rule, for a colorful design on the site, administrators add various galleries that automatically display colorful photos and pictures. To add a gallery to your site, you need to make some settings.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to jalbum.net and download the Jalbum gallery software to your computer. You will be prompted to register. Do this by filling out the form fields. Install the program to the local drive of the operating system. When downloading the program, be sure to check all files for viruses, as they can disrupt the operation of the operating system of a personal computer.
Step 2
The program window looks like the usual editor: "Control panel", "Viewer" and "Added elements window". Click on the Add photos button to add a set of photos for your gallery to Jalbum. To do this, it is enough to indicate the directory in which the photo is located.
Step 3
In the "Appearance" panel, select the appearance and style of the future gallery. Then click on the button with the little frog and the words "Update Album". Then select the "Generate All" item. Wait until the process of forming photos into the gallery of the selected type is over. Click on the "View" button to see the finished gallery. Exit view mode and edit each photo individually. To do this, right-click on the photo and select "Edit".
Step 4
To place the finished gallery on your site, click on the Publish button and select Manage albums. Add an account and specify an FTP server to connect. Click on the "Connect" button. The program will connect to the specified server and display a list of folders in your personal section on the server.
Step 5
Select a folder for uploading photos and click on the Upload button. Now your page will host a beautiful gallery of your photos. You can change its appearance and update the gallery at any time by uploading a new version to the server. New gallery templates are available for download on jalbum.net.
