You can reduce the font size of web pages in any browser. To do this, each of them provides several different options. Some of them are universal for all browsers, other options are valid only in one specific web browser.

Step 1
If you are using Internet Explorer, you can change the font sizes of the page within the conditional gradation of sizes from one to five. To set the smallest font you should open the section "View" in the menu, and in it the subsection "Font size" and select the line "smallest". Depending on how the dimensions are specified in the source code of the page, this operation may not work. Then try another option - reduce all elements on the page, including fonts. To do this, the browser uses a different mechanism, so the result should be different. This method of decreasing can be realized by pressing the combination of the CTRL and Minus buttons, or by rolling the mouse wheel towards you while holding down the CTRL button.
Step 2
In the Opera browser, you can reduce all elements, including text, simply by pressing "Minus" on the additional keyboard or by scrolling the mouse wheel towards you while holding down the CTRL button. Each click will reduce the size by ten percent. In the Opera menu, in the "Page" section, there is a subsection "Scale" in which this function is duplicated.
Step 3
Mozilla Firefox in the "View" section of its menu has a similar subsection "Zoom", in which you can reduce the size of fonts along with all the elements on the page. In addition, only the fonts can be changed here. To do this, you need to check the box "Text only". This mark will also be taken into account when reducing the size using the CTRL and Minus buttons, as well as when scrolling the mouse wheel towards you in combination with the held CTRL button.
Step 4
Google Chrome has plus and minus signs in the menu, labeled "Scale" - they are designed to resize the content of the page. This menu is expanded by clicking the wrench icon in the upper right corner of the window. Here, too, this function is duplicated by pressing the hot keys CTRL and "Minus" / "Plus", as well as scrolling the mouse wheel with pressing CTRL. This browser also provides more subtle font settings. To get to them, you need to click on the "Parameters" item in the menu, and then go to the "Advanced" tab. In the "Web Content" section, there are selectors for setting font sizes.
Step 5
In the Safari browser, you can reduce the fonts, and with them all other elements of the page, by opening the "View" section in the menu and clicking the "Zoom out" item. And by checking the box "Change only the scale of the text" you can use the same method to reduce only the sizes of the fonts. And in this browser the hotkeys CTRL + Plus / Minus work, as well as scrolling the mouse wheel in combination with CTRL.
