Anti-cheats are designed to protect the game server from players who use various cheating programs to gain a gaming advantage. There are many security systems available, but one of the most reliable servers is MyAC. This anti-cheat allows you to one way or another to protect your own server and ensure a fair and interesting game on it.

Necessary

  • - MyAC archive;
  • - installed CS server;
  • - CS game client

Instructions

Step 1

Download the MyAC archive from the Internet and unpack it to any directory on your computer. Go to the unzipped "client" folder where you will see 3 files (config.ini, myAC.exe and myAC.ex).

Step 2

Open the config.ini file using Notepad (right mouse button - "Open with …" - "Notepad") and enter the name of your server in the Name (Name =) variable. Find the variable Address and enter it in the address of the server that will run myAC.

Step 3

In the Servers variable, list all the servers in your portal separated by commas (if it is not one). Save the modified file ("File" - "Save"). You can pack the "client" folder using the archiver and send it to your players.

Step 4

To prevent the user from logging into the server without starting myAC, install the plugin myac.amxx, which is located in the "amxx" directory. Copy this file (right mouse button - "Copy") and paste it into your server directory (path_to_server / cstrike / addons / amxmodx / plugins). Go to the amx settings directory (server_path / cstrike / addons / amxmodx / configs) and open the plugins.ini file with notepad. Add to the bottom line:

myac.amxx

Save the file and close it. Restart your CS server.

Step 5

Go to the "server" directory and open the config.ini file with notepad. In the GameServerCount variable, specify the number of game servers that myAC will serve. In the section for describing the first server, specify the appropriate parameters (GameServerAddr is responsible for the CS server address, GameServerPort is the port, GameServerPass is the password for the server, HostConnectList is the addresses where you can log into the server). Set the SentStatusTime parameters (the frequency of polling the server by myAC in seconds) and RecvStatusTimeout (set the value to about 1000). ClientMinVerIndex is responsible for the minimum allowed version of the client's game. If you set the value to "0" then the version limitation will be disabled.

Step 6

Download the "server" and "updserv" folders to the computer that will run the anti-cheat server. Run the server / MyACserv.exe and updserv / updserv.exe files. Drop the client file used by your players into the "updserv" folder. The anti-cheat setting can be considered complete.
