Instructions
Step 1
To work with most popular formats, Total Video Converter is suitable. Download the installation files for this utility and run the program. After opening the main menu of Total Video Converter, click the New Project button.
Step 2
In the expanded submenu, select the "Import file" item. Specify the storage location for the video files. Add all files with the vob extension one by one. Select files according to their number. This will allow you to later combine all the elements into a single video file.

After the format selection window opens, check the box next to Use built-in decoder. Select the quality of the resulting image. Remember that the higher the video quality, the larger the corresponding file size.
Step 4
Specify the format into which you want to translate these vob files. For later video playback using mobile devices, select the desired format from the Mobile submenu.
Step 5
Click the Settings button next to the Profile menu. Go to the "Resize Video" tab. Select the resolution of the final video file. Specify the aspect ratio of the display on which you plan to view the video. Click the Save and Apply button.
Step 6
After returning to the main menu, click the "Convert" button and wait for the program to finish its work. After creating a new video file, the utility will automatically open the folder where it was placed.
Step 7
To quickly convert DVD files to another format, launch Total Video Converter and insert the disc into the drive. Click the New Project button and select Rip Video DVD.
Step 8
The program will automatically create a file with the avi extension. It will contain all the video clips present on this DVD.
