Step 1
For example, the antivirus program Avast. Not everyone likes it, not everyone is satisfied with the principle of its work. There is antivirus software that is simpler and more reliable than this program. The question arises: how to remove Avast from your computer? There are many ways to uninstall programs. There are special utilities that remove all unnecessary software, clean your computer and perform many other functions. But they need to be installed from disk or downloaded from the Internet.
Step 2
There are ways to remove programs that are much easier than the one mentioned above. When installing any software, including Avast, the uninstallation (uninstallation) program goes as an application. To run this program, go to the Start menu, select the All Programs option.
Step 3
In the list that opens, find the "Avast" folder. Click on the "+" sign next to the folder. You will see a list of files that are stored in this folder. Select the "Uninstall a program" command (uninstall or Uninstall) from the list. In the window that opens, follow the instructions of the system, all the time clicking "OK" or "Next".
Step 4
You can also uninstall the Avast program, or any other, through the "Control Panel". To do this, through the "Start" menu, select the "Control Panel" tab. In the window that opens, click on the "Programs" tab, then select the "Remove Programs" command. You can also click on the "My Computer" shortcut on the desktop of your personal computer and select the "Add or Remove Programs" tab in the left menu.

In a new window, find Avast in the list of programs. Click on it to select it and click the "Delete" button. The program will be removed from your computer. To be sure, you can restart your computer.
