The situation when a program cannot be removed from the system is familiar to many Windows users. This problem can be solved using standard operating system tools or third-party software.

Step 1
To properly uninstall the program, first of all, you need to close it, and then go to the "Start" - "Control Panel" - "Programs and Features" menu. Find the required program in the list and click the "Delete" button.
Step 2
If you did everything correctly, but the program is not removed, it may continue to work in hidden mode. To turn it off completely, right-click on the My Computer icon and select Administrative Tools. Enter the "Service" section, find the required program in the long list and click on it and select the "Stop" command. Then try uninstalling again through the Control Panel.
Step 3
There are times when an application cannot be uninstalled and it does not appear in the list of installed programs. Try to download the installation file of the program and run it. During the installation process, some programs determine that the application is already installed on the computer and offer to uninstall it at this stage.
Step 4
There is another way to remove "non-removable" programs. Download and install one of the programs that are specially "sharpened" to troubleshoot in such cases and remove them more thoroughly: Revo Uninstaller, Add Remove Plus or similar. By running such a program, a list of applications installed on your computer will also open in front of you, and you will only have to find the ill-fated program and give the command to uninstall.
