Instructions
Step 1
The logic of the Windows operating system is such that with frequent installation and removal of programs, unnecessary files accumulate in it due to the poor performance of the standard Windows uninstaller. This leads to an increase in the size of the system registry and boot time, and the likelihood of crashes increases.
Step 2
To remove the program and all traces of its presence on the computer, you should use third-party software instead of the standard Windows uninstaller. In particular, the Uninstall Tool does a very good job of uninstalling programs; it can be found on the net.
Step 3
Run the utility. Find the one that you are going to remove in the list of installed programs that opens. Select it with the mouse, then select the item "Delete the selected program" in the left column of the program. In the next window, confirm the deletion. The uninstallation process will begin, after its completion the program will scan the registry and computer directories for the presence of files of the deleted program.
Step 4
At the end of the scan, a message will appear with a list of found files, you will be asked to confirm their deletion. After that, all traces of the program will be removed from the computer. The program works very reliably and quickly, therefore it can be recommended as a replacement for the standard Windows uninstaller.
Step 5
Since various errors are constantly accumulating in Windows, they should be fixed periodically. To do this, use the CCleaner utility. It allows you to clean the computer of old files, fix the registry, it is convenient to use it to monitor the startup folder. The utility can be found on the Internet.
Step 6
To clean the registry and fix its errors, start CCleaner, select the "Registry" item from the menu. Leave all the items marked in the menu that appears unchanged, click the "Search for problems" button. The program will check the registry and display information about the errors found. Then click the "Fix" button. In the window that appears, select the option to save the backup. After the next window appears, click the "Fix marked" button, all errors will be eliminated.
