With the help of such a versatile Photoshop tool as styles, you can easily change the general texture and color scheme of a font, graphic objects, setting them a general style for outlines, lighting, shadows and other various effects.

In addition to the styles that are offered by the program for use by default, you can download the styles you like from the Internet - it is easy to install them, and it does not take a long time.

Instructions

Step 1

Download the styles you want and unzip them. Move the style files to the Presets folder located in the Adobe Photoshop directory under Program Files.

Step 2

Open the Preset Manager directory under the Edit menu section. Then select Styles from the list and click Load. In the explorer window that appears, select the desired folder and mark the file you want to download. Click the download button and the styles will be installed. You can verify this by looking at the style preview window, where new squares will appear. Click Done.

Step 3

You can also set styles in a different way. Go to the Window menu section and check the box to display the Styles box. In the window that opens, click on the small arrow on the right to open the style menu. Click the Load Styles button and load the required styles so that they are immediately displayed in the window. When prompted to replace the existing styles with new ones, click OK.

Step 4

To apply styles, just select the objects to be changed and double-click on the selected style. You can return to the previous styles displayed in the window in the same menu using the Reset Styles button. You can also enter the Preset Manager through this menu to add styles in the more traditional way above. Through the drop-down menu in the arrow, you can also select any of the styles loaded in the Preset Manager - you will see their names in the menu list.
