Step 1
Go to the developer's official website https://www.usergate.ru and purchase UserGate software. To do this, you need to go through the registration procedure. Enter your full name and contact email address. Come up with a username and password, then log in to the site. Click the "Buy" button and select the version of the program and the method of obtaining. You can also download a trial version of UserGate for free by clicking on the corresponding link.
Step 2
Install UserGate software on a computer that is an Internet gateway. Installation is quite simple and will not cause difficulties even for novice PC users. The installer has an automatic configuration of the UserGate Server module, so if you are not sure of your knowledge, you can entrust this to the program. Complete the installation and restart your computer. Check that the UserGate agent icon appears in the tray.
Step 3
Start the UserGate Administrator Console. Here you can configure your local network. Specify network interfaces and assign roles, select the servers that are required to manage the program and the services that will be available to network users.
