Step 1
Remote interaction with another person's computer requires special programs to establish remote access. Today there are a lot of such programs, but despite this, there are several solutions that everyone is hearing. One of these programs is AMMYY Admin. It is completely free for private use, AMMYY provides a wide range of possibilities for network interaction with a remote computer.
Step 2
Download the executable file from the official website of the program and run it. Installation is not required, after starting the program is immediately ready to work.
Step 3
Make sure that the client of this program is also running on the computer of the person who needs your help.
Step 4
Find out the personal number of the client application on the machine of the person who needs help. To do this, he must launch his copy of the program and tell you his ID.
Step 5
Enter the received number in the address book to prevent the loss of this ID in the future. To do this, use the Ammyy menu item “Contact book”. In the window that opens, click the "Add" button, then enter the received number in the ID field and give the contact a name in the Name field so as not to get confused if your contact list grows.
Step 6
Tell your friend (someone who needs help) to start the client part of his program. To do this, he just needs to click on the "Start" button, after which the indicators under the button will light up.
Step 7
Next, in your program, go to the "Operator" tab, make sure that the required number is entered in the "Client ID" field and click on the "Connect" button.
Step 8
Wait until the person on the other computer to which you are connecting will allow your connection request, after which in the window that opens you will see the desktop of the remote computer, on which you can work in the same way as for your own.
