Instructions
Step 1
If you just need to cut out a separate moment of the audio track, then use the Internet services. This is the easiest way and will save you valuable time. Open the pages https://www.mp3cut.ru/cut_song_mp3 or https://mp3cut.foxcom.su. Click the Upload button, select your file and wait for this process to complete.
Step 2
Highlight unnecessary parts of the track and delete them. Now click the "Save and Download" button and wait while the finished file is downloaded to your computer. Check if the audio file is trimmed correctly.
Step 3
If you need to change the sound quality of the composition, convert the track to another format or add special effects, then use the Sony Sound Forge program. Download and install this utility. Restart your computer and launch Sound Forge.
Step 4
Click the File tab and select Open. Select the file you want to convert and wait for it to load into the program. The audio track will be displayed in the central menu of the program. The left and right channels will be drawn separately from each other. Perform the necessary manipulations with the track. This utility allows you to perform a huge number of operations, including the following functions: reducing the noise level, changing the bit rate, highlighting and changing individual elements.
Step 5
After completing the preparation of the composition, open the "File" menu and select "Save As". Enter the name of the target file and specify the folder to store it. In the Save as type box, select the format in which you want to save the song, such as mp3 or wav. In the “Template” column, select the quality of the audio signal. Click the Save button and wait while the new sound file is created. Check its quality by launching an audio player.
