Sooner or later, a developing accountant comes to use the 1C Accounting program. If you have a folder of documents in your hands, and on your computer a newly installed, empty 1C database, you need to enter the data into the program by filling in all the necessary tables and reference books.
Instructions
Step 1
Fill in the details of your organization. To do this, go to the "Service" menu item and select "Organization Information". A window for filling out the organization's data will open: full and short name, TIN, KPP and OGRN codes, legal address, current account and other details. If you serve more than one organization, then for each of them you need to add a separate database in the 1C program.
Step 2
Enter information about employees in the directory "Employees". Select the item "References" on the main menu bar, and then the item "Employees". Fill in the appropriate fields. In the same way, it is worth filling out the directory "Contractors", where all organizations working with you are indicated. Trade documents must be entered through the "Journals" by selecting the appropriate item in this section of the menu. You will be offered a choice of magazines "Invoices", "Invoices", goods and powers of attorney.
Step 3
Bank documents - statements and payment orders must be entered in the "Bank" section. There is a corresponding item in the "Journal" menu item. Pay attention also to the magazines "Cashier", "Advance reports", "Salary" and others. Only after entering data on the work of your organization for a tax period (for example, a quarter), you will be able to use the most useful function of the 1C program - various reports and balances on economic activities (the Reports item of the main menu).
Step 4
The software from the 1C company has very flexible settings that allow the user to enter various data and sort it according to the desired criteria. Do not forget that it is imperative to create and regularly update databases on external storage media. Also, for protection, a licensed anti-virus system must be installed on the personal computer.
