Step 1

The next possible reason is the infection of the computer with Trojans or other viruses. In this case, it is necessary to check the computer for virus programs and eliminate the viruses found.

The PC turns on, but there is no image on the monitor. Often the cause is a burned out video adapter, and to fix this problem, the adapter must be replaced. A failed motherboard, processor, or random access memory (RAM) can also be the cause. It may be that in some connection the contact simply went away.
