Step 2
Power off the computer. Remove the side cover of the computer. To do this, remove the two screws with a Phillips screwdriver. For convenience, place the computer in a horizontal position. The RAM sockets are usually to the right of the processor. Install the RAM bracket into the slot. Be careful not to damage the connector and bracket. Secure the RAM bar with special latches. Then close the lid of the system unit.

Turn on your computer. After booting the operating room, use the "Everest" program to look at the amount of RAM. It should increase. You can see the full details of the new RAM strip.
