A printer is a device designed to transfer documents stored electronically to paper. To print a document, the equipment must be connected correctly, work properly, and a suitable driver must be installed on the computer. And, of course, you need to load paper into the printer.

Step 1
The process of loading paper into the printer is not very difficult. Usually the paper tray is open and the user can easily see the area where the paper needs to be placed. However, there are some rules to follow.

Use paper of the correct size and quality for your office equipment. Paper tray in limited size printers. It is possible to place sheets of a smaller format in it, but there is no longer any larger one (unless you cut them first).

And the quality of the paper determines how long your printer will last. Pay attention to the density of the paper: a sheet that is too thin may tear when trying to print a document on it, and too thick cannot be picked up by the printer and passed through the printing element. Use paper made specifically for office equipment, don't experiment.
Step 4
If you are taking a new ream of paper, discard the packing material before loading it into the printer. Separate a small pile of sheets, "fluff" it a little so that the pages do not stick together, place the paper in the tray so that it fits freely there. Slide the outer guide that will secure the paper in the tray against the stack of paper.
Step 5
Do not try to place the entire package in the printer tray at once, leave a small space between the top sheet of paper and the body of the printing equipment. If you are using paper that has already been used (drafts), make sure that no paper clips, staple staples, or other debris are left on the sheets. Once inside the printer, they can damage the printing elements.
Step 6
Make sure that the sheets of paper are not torn, crumpled, squashed, or deformed in any other way. Torn pieces of paper can also clog the printer, and uneven paper can jam in the drum or between other equipment.
Step 7
If your printer has a paper tray built into the chassis, look for the icon that shows which side of the tray opens. Pull out the tray and load it with paper in the same way as above, keeping some space between the top sheet and the printer body.
