Step 1
The most commonly used program for viewing presentations is Microsoft Office PowerPoint. You can use several algorithms to start viewing a presentation. Click the left mouse button on the "Start" menu icon, then sequentially Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. In the list of files that opens, mark the desired presentation and click "current slide". The next slide changes automatically to another. To stop the presentation, click the "End Slide Show" icon with a mouse click.

Slide Show - Start Show views all slides in the selected presentation in the specified mode. For this algorithm, start the PowerPoint program as indicated in the first paragraph. Changing slides is carried out both on click and automatically.

The easiest way to view your presentation in PowerPoint is to launch the file with the F5 key. The sequence of steps is as follows: "Start - Microsoft Office - PowerPoint - F5".
Step 4
If the finished work was saved in a pps-format file, then Power Point is not required to view the presentation. To demonstrate the file, launch "Explorer" and find the name of the required work in the window. Then double-click the file to start viewing the presentation.

If necessary, you can change the planned order of the slides while viewing the presentation. To move from the current slide to the next, do one of the following - right-click, press Enter, or select the Next screen context menu command. To return to the previous slide, press the Backspace key or execute the context menu command of the Back screen. To go to a specific slide, select the "Transition" icon, and then give the "Select slide by name" command and click to start the desired slide by name from the list.
