If you receive a certificate error message, the data stored on your computer is more secure, but it can be annoying if you connect to a trusted and reused server. The solution to the problem may be to add the certificate to the list of trusted servers.

Step 1
Select the "Continue opening this website (not recommended)" command in the Internet browser warning "Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked" to fix problems with the certificate of the selected web page and invoke the Invalid Certificate dialog box by clicking on the field with the shield symbol in the top bar next to the address bar of the browser window.
Step 2
Expand the View Certificates link and click the General tab to determine the expiration date for the selected Web site's certificate.
Step 3
Click the "Install Certificate" button to open the "Certificate Import Wizard" utility and click the Next button in the main window of the wizard.
Step 4
Check the box next to Automatically select the certificatestore based on the type of certificate and click Next to confirm your choice (for Windows XP).
Step 5
Confirm the installation of the selected server certificates by clicking Yes in the system request window and click Finish to complete the installation of the imported certificate (for Windows XP).
Step 6
Click OK to apply the selected changes (for Windows XP).

Check the box next to "Place all certificates in the following store" and click the "Browse" button in the Certificate Import Wizard (for Windows Vista).
Step 8
Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities in the Select Certificate Store dialog box that opens and click OK to confirm your choice (for Windows Vista).
Step 9
Click Next and confirm the command by clicking Finish in the new wizard dialog box (for Windows Vista).
Step 10
Click OK to complete the installation of the imported certificate and restart Internet Explorer to apply the selected changes.
