It may be necessary to flip the image on the screen, for example, when preparing a presentation, when a group of users is using the laptop at the same time, and in other cases. There are several ways to accomplish this reorientation of the Windows workspace. The steps will vary depending on which version of this operating system you are using.

Step 1
In Windows XP operating systems, the orientation of the image on the screen is controlled through the corresponding settings in the video card drivers. Depending on the type of video card installed in your computer, access to the corresponding settings will be organized in different ways. For example, when using products from the nVidia line, you need to find the corresponding icon in the notification area on the taskbar and click it once with the left mouse button. On the pop-up menu, expand the Rotation Options section and select the Rotate 180 Degrees row.
Step 2
You can do this in a different way - right-click on the desktop background and select the line “NVIDIA Control Panel” from the pop-up menu. In the left frame of the nVidia Panel window, select Display Rotation, and in the right frame, select 180 Degrees (Landscape Reverse). After that click the Apply button and close the nVidia panel window.
Step 3
In later Windows operating systems, the screen orientation can be changed by means of the system itself. To do this, click on the background image on your desktop and select "Screen Resolution" - this will open a separate window for display settings. In it, open the drop-down list “Orientation”, select the item “landscape (inverted) and click on the button“OK.
Step 4
In Windows Vista and Windows 7, there is another way to flip the image on the monitor screen. In the context menu, invoked by clicking on the background image of the desktop, go to the "Graphics options" section and open the "Rotation" subsection. Select “180 degrees and the OS will flip the image.
