Animated pictures are a rather original solution, which, for example, can attract more visitors to your site. It is not difficult to do such a trick; it is enough to use the well-known graphics editor Adobe Photoshop or another program with similar functionality.

Install and launch Adobe Photoshop. Through the "File" menu, open the "Import" tab and click on the "Frames to video layers" item. Select the animation to be placed on your image or photograph (you first need to write down or copy the file name of this image), and enter the file name in the free line of the window that appears.

Wait until the program separates the animation into frames and layers. Select the Magic Eraser tool (in the form of an eraser icon with an asterisk) and clean up the background on each frame and layer by clicking on them with the mouse. To do this, you need to click the tool on the working window against the background of the displayed picture. If the image is very small and has a lot of small details, you can enlarge it using Ctrl + mouse wheel up. This way you can see which elements of the image have been removed and which have remained intact.

Expand the image you want to animate to full screen. Hold down Left Shift on your keyboard to select all layers. Drag all animation layers onto your image. In the animation window, right-click and in the context menu, click on the "Create frames from layers" item. Thus, all layers will be divided into frames. You will no longer need the first one with a static picture, and you can safely remove it.

Load your picture for each frame, adding a layer one by one, then a frame and the desired image. Of course, it's best to make sure that all layers and frames are consistent with each other. At the end, set the required delay time (for example, 0, 15 seconds) and use animation. Check the result.

If you want a picture with a blinking animation of just a few frames (for example, for a banner), you can do it even easier. First, create an empty layer by choosing the "Layer" and "New" functions from the main menu. You can also click on the button to the left of the icon representing the shopping cart.

Select the Paint Bucket Tool (G). Select the color you want and click on the image. It will completely change its color. Set the overlay type to "Overlay" and set the opacity of the picture. In this case, the lower layer with the original image located on it will show through the upper one. Adjusting the opacity of the top layer, set the desired amount of darkness for the entire image. Create another layer with white fill if desired. Next, set up the animation as shown above.
