Install the downloaded app. Restart your computer. Make sure your sound card is stable. If you have installed the correct drivers but still no sound, check if your speaker is connected properly.

Be sure to open the installed application and check the assignment of active ports. Make sure the speakers are connected to the Audio Out jack.
