Most Internet users actively download all kinds of content from it: music, films, books, pictures, etc. If the download is suddenly interrupted, it can be easily resumed.
Instructions
Step 1
Downloading is the easiest and fastest way to get the content you want from the Internet. Small files usually do not require installation of special programs. If, while receiving them, the Internet connection was interrupted and the transfer was interrupted, to resume the download, call the full list of downloaded files by pressing Ctrl + J. After that, find the desired file in it and click on the pause icon or "Continue downloading". The file download will resume from where it stopped.
Step 2
If you use torrent clients to download bulk files, it will be even easier to resume the download. Stopping the transfer of files in this case can occur both for technical reasons beyond your control (for example, problems with the Internet connection), and as a result of your actions. Sometimes downloads need to be interrupted temporarily to improve browser speed. To do this, open the torrent client, select the pause sign on the control panel and click on it.
Step 3
To resume a stopped download in a torrent client, do the same: call the program interface and click on the pause icon again. After that, the download of the file will continue. If you use download programs (they are believed to make downloading files faster and more reliable), the procedure will be much the same. Such software works in automatic mode, by default loading files using its modules. If you find unfinished downloads in the interface, select them with a single click, and then click "Start".
