Many phones are designed to lock a specific area in the phone memory. This is done in order to protect that part of the information contained in the phone from third parties, into whose hands, by accident or by malicious intent, a cell phone can fall. Sometimes the phone owners themselves forget this code and lose access to their own data. In order to remove the blocking code, use one of the methods below.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, try to contact your phone manufacturer. Ask him for the phone reset code and standard lock code. The fact is that each phone model has a code, by typing which, you can reset all the settings that have been changed by you, including the lock code, which will be reset to the standard one. Enter the standard lock code after dialing the codes and disable it.
Step 2
In case you want to not only reset the lock code, but also get rid of the data that you downloaded to your phone, use the firmware reset code. In this case, the phone returns to its factory state, all settings are lost, and all the data that you have saved is erased.
Step 3
If the previous methods fail, reflash the phone. In this case, all data on the phone will be lost. In order to reflash a phone, you will need a usb wire, drivers for the phone, as well as special software - a program for flashing and the actual firmware itself. Do not turn off the phone until the flashing process is complete and do not disconnect the cable.
