Step 1
To ensure the stable operation of the web-camera, you must have a certain program or drivers. This applies to both portable devices and embedded analogs. If you are using a Samsung mobile computer, download the original driver set.

Turn on your laptop, establish an Internet connection and open the website https://www.samsung.com/ru. Hover your mouse over the Support field and select Downloads from the drop-down menu.

Enter your mobile computer model name in the search field. To avoid possible problems, enter the exact model, not just the first characters. Click the Find button. After going to the next page, open the Downloads submenu and select Drivers.

Find the drivers for the desired device using the Description column. Check the operating system for which the selected files are intended. Click on the icon located in the "File" column and wait until the drivers are loaded.

Now open the device manager. Right-click on the name of the web-camera and select "Enable". Repeat this procedure by selecting the Update Drivers box.

Select the item "Search for files on this computer". Select the directory containing the downloaded driver archive. After the files are updated, press the desired key combination to turn on the webcam.

Install the program that you will use to change the camera settings. It can be one of the popular instant messengers or any other suitable utility. Check if the image capture device is working.

Configure the webcam parameters. Usually you need to adjust the brightness, contrast and focus of the image.
