Step 1
Try to update the flash player by downloading the installation from the official Adobe website. Go to adobe.com and select the Downloads menu item. Once the page has loaded, click on the Get Adobe Flash Player icon. The site will automatically detect your system and browser, and then offer to download the required version of the plugin. Don't forget to uncheck the box next to McAfee. After all the settings, click the Download button. You will see the download window. Confirm the download of the file and run it after downloading. Step 2
If you failed to update Adobe FlashP Player, you will have to clean up the "traces" left by the previous flash player. To do this, you need the CCleaner program. To remove the old flash - player, go to the "Control Panel" then - in the "Programs" category, select "Programs and Features". Find Adobe Flash Player in the list and click Uninstall. Using the Uninstall Wizard, complete the removal of the flash player and restart the computer.
Step 3
Now download the CCleaner program and install it. Run and select the "Registry" section, click the "Search for problems" button. After completing the analysis of the system, click "Fix …". It is not necessary to keep a backup. And in the last step, click "Fix Selected". If you wish, you can go to the "Cleaning" section and also perform an analysis of the system.
