Step 1

Start by choosing the devices that will allow you to connect local networks. Practice shows that it is absolutely not necessary to purchase new equipment. Most often, it is sufficient to connect network hubs or routers on different networks.

Step 2

Connect two network hubs. Never connect multiple devices in pairs. The use of the ring method is unacceptable in modern local area networks. It is better to choose the two most powerful devices in advance. The problem is that it is through these hubs that the main traffic flow will pass.

Step 3

Select the local network whose computers will be reconfigured. It makes more sense to use a smaller network. But if one of the connections already has a stable debugged Internet access, it is wiser to change the settings of the second group.

Step 4

Turn on one of the computers that will not be reconfigured. Open the properties of the network connection and navigate to the TCP / IPv4 settings. Remember the first three segments of the IP address and subnet mask. Note the presence or absence of the specified DNS server and default gateway addresses.

Step 5

Configure the desired computers using the same settings. If you want the network to work smoothly, set a unique IP address for each PC. In this case, they must have the same value for the first three segments.
