Step 1
Open the My Computer folder. In addition to displaying your documents and connected hard drives to the computer on the right side of the screen, on the left side you will see a quick navigation menu: "View system information", "Add or remove programs", "Change settings" and other configurations. You need to click on the Add or Remove Programs link.
The system will take some time to analyze the installed programs and display the necessary information in a new window. After a new window opens in front of you, find the mail agent program in the list.
Step 2
Left-click on the displayed program and click on the "Change / Remove" button, which will be visible on the right side of the highlighted line. After that, a window will become available to you where you need to check the box "Delete message archive and program settings". Click next, the program will be removed from your computer.

It is also possible to remove the mail agent through the "Start" menu. To do this, open this menu and select "All Programs". Among them you need to find the "Mail.ru" folder. Move the mouse cursor over this folder and select "Delete Mail. Ru Agent". Then, following certain prompts, you can remove the program from your computer.
