Instructions
Step 1
To clean the keyboard, you must first remove it. Do not forget that a responsible business and non-observance of the slightest rules of the dismantling procedure will lead to the loss of its performance. To dismantle the keyboard, use a small "+" screwdriver and a thin object, for example, a mobile operator's payment card.
Step 2
First you need to remove the top panel, which is located above the function keys. The whole problem lies in the fact that it is not screwed on, but fastened with latches. Use any thin, small object (payment card as suggested earlier), pick up any edge (right or left), and gently lift off a portion of the top cover. Once you detach the latch from one edge, all the other latches will open easily.
Step 3
After the top cover, you need to remove the keyboard itself, most often it is fastened with several screws to the laptop case. Unscrew it with a Phillips screwdriver. The keyboard can now be moved closer to the monitor or completely rest on the monitor, depending on the manufacturer and model of the laptop.
Step 4
The only difficulty in disconnecting the keyboard from the laptop case is the ribbon cable through which the motherboard and keyboard have a message. There is a small stop-lock on the cable, if you do not remove it, you can damage the cable itself, which will lead to a trip to a service center or buying a new keyboard. There are 2 types of locks on trains: one needs to be slightly raised, and the other needs to be taken to the side.
Step 5
Now that the keyboard has been successfully removed, it can be flushed. Rinse the keyboard (not in the literal sense of the word), wipe it with a damp cloth dampened in a solution of water and detergent. Use any modern dishwashing powder as a detergent. It is necessary to make a weak solution of water and detergent.
Step 6
After cleaning the keyboard, do not forget to dry it and reinstall it in reverse order.
