Step 1
The first way to recover from vampirism in skyrim is to become a werewolf. To do this, go to the Whiterun location and find the Companions' house. Talk to the characters in it and complete their tasks. When offered, agree to take part in the ceremony. Find the ingredients you need for him and go to the Underforge location. There, take part in the ritual of Transformation. After that, vampirism will pass, replaced by werewolf.
Step 2
One of the ways to completely recover from vampirism in skyrim is to heal it from a special character. Travel to the Falkreath location and find the Dead Man's Honey Inn. Ask his owner about the recent rumors, when he tells about the scientist Falion, who studies vampires, you will receive a task to find him.
Step 3
Go to the Morphal location and find the scientist's house there. Talk to him and tell him that you need a cure for vampirism. After receiving a quest from him to find and fill the Black Soul Gem, talk to Falion again and buy him from this character. If you don't have enough money, look for necromancers in the vicinity and take the Black Stone of Souls from their shelter.
Step 4
After that, buy the Soul Trap spell from the scientist. Travel west to Fort Snowhawk and engage the Necromancer's minions. Having dealt with them, apply the Soul Trap spell on the necromancer, and then kill him. Open your inventory and look at the Black Soul Gem. If it turns out to be full, return to the scientist, if not, wander around the neighborhood in search of another intelligent creature. Finding this, re-cast the spell and kill it to fill the Black Soul Gem.

If you have recently contracted vampirism, just find a merchant and buy a Potion from him for all diseases. Drink it and heal.
Step 7
Another way to recover from vampirism is to walk to the nearest temple where there is an altar. Activate it, and it will heal you of all diseases, including vampirism.
Step 8
Another way is to go to the Whiterun location in the main square. There, near the sculpture of a warrior fighting a dragon, find the chapel of Talos. Enter it and activate the altar. Your disease will automatically heal.
