When the entire plastic part of the laptop case heats up, it becomes unpleasant to work, this also happens due to the heating of the processor. The easiest way to reduce CPU heat is to lower the CPU voltage.

Step 1
When the voltage of the processor decreases, its heating temperature decreases. To decrease the temperature by 20 degrees, it is enough to reduce the voltage by 0.2 V. This operation can be done using the RMClock program. It allows you to work with the processor directly. You can set suitable values, and if they are outside the range of possible permissible values for this processor, the utility notifies about it. It's worth noting that lowering CPU voltage will not affect performance.
Step 2
After starting the program, go to the Settings tab, check the box next to "Autoload". Also worth noting is the Mobile item. In the main window of the program, you need to set the primary voltage (mains power) and secondary voltage (battery power). Depending on the brand of the processor, it is worth putting down a certain value. For example, for an Intel processor, you need to set the voltage to 1.10V or 1.15V. First, set the first value, if the computer is not stable, then set the second value. For AMD processors, this value will be approximately the same: the lower threshold is 1.00V, and the upper threshold must be set independently, for each processor this threshold will be individual.

Be careful in entering values, do not set the voltage over 1.40V. After setting the voltage, you need to change the power settings. Click the "Start" menu, select "Control Panel", the "Power Options" icon. In the profile selection window, check the RMClock Power Management item.
